Average session attendance has grown from ~71 to over 100 attendees in 2025, with a peak of 132 participants.
We also maintain a growing presence on YouTube, with 151 subscribers and 67 videos published, generating more than 4,283 views. This online platform helps us extend the reach of our content beyond live events, making it accessible to a wider audience.
Beyond online programming, BioEMTalks also fosters personal connections. We hosted social mixers at the Microscopy & Microanalysis conference in both 2024 and 2025, giving attendees a chance to build relationships, exchange ideas, and celebrate their shared passion for microscopy.
We invite you to join us in advancing biological EM through a 12-month sponsorship of $500.
As a BioEMTalks sponsor, you will benefit from:
-
Prominent logo placement on web page and promotional materials
-
Acknowledgment in every session
-
Opportunity to present 15-minute Tech Talk in one of the sessions
-
Extended global exposure through our YouTube channel and archives, ensuring your support reaches far beyond the live audience
-
Association with a highly engaged international community of scientists and vendors committed to advancing electron microscopy

BioEMTalks meetings are for EM lab directors, technologists, researchers and students working with biological tissues who use traditional chemical-fixation and resin-embedding techniques for tissue and cell processing. Our aim for this virtual series is to bring the international BioEM community together to share new ideas and explore possibilities to promote BioEM techniques and enhance the biological EM sample processing workflow. We invite speakers from different continents and promote this series globally. Interesting topics relevant to electron microscopy will be investigated and reported upon by world class experts. These focused sessions provide opportunities to collaborate and expose researchers and principal investigators to cutting edge technology.
